Marina Meet-Up
Marina location, arrival time, and captain contact are emailed after you reserve. Arrive at least ten minutes early with photo ID.
What to Bring
Towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, photo ID, and booking confirmation. Refreshments included. Soft-sided coolers only for additional food and beverages.
Alcohol Policy
Guests 21+ may bring additional alcohol with valid ID. On-board refreshments included in your charter rate.
Water Toy Deployment
Toys come out when sea and weather allow. Bimini only goes when the captain clears the crossing.
Gratuity
Gratuity not included for captain or hostess. MTWA suggests minimum $50 per hour in cash for the captain, with similar discretion for the hostess.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
Deposit amounts: 4 hours ($2,500), 6 hours ($3,000), full day ($4,000), Bimini package ($3,000). Refund schedule: 100% at 7+ days’ written notice; 75% at 5 days; 50% at 72 hours; 25% at 48 hours; no refund within 24 hours.
