The Experience
How does the Island Adventure day actually run?
The day opens with a private scenic boat tour past Star Island and the Miami skyline. Jet ski time follows — the captain manages who rides next. The day ends with a Virginia Key snorkel in about six feet of calm bay water with gear sized at the dock.
Jet ski time is open water with your own throttle — push it or cruise at your pace. First-time riders get a short briefing before they head out. After jet skis, you anchor at Virginia Key for shallow reef time while the captain stays with the boat.

Yes. The Virginia Key reef sits in approximately six feet of calm, protected bay water. The captain walks first-timers through fin and mask technique before entering the water. Guests who prefer not to snorkel can stay on board while the rest of the group goes in.

Children twelve and under are welcome at no charge when accompanied by a paying adult and bringing their own properly-fitted snorkel gear. Ticket adults and teens only when you book — do not add children to the headcount.
