Eighty-Six Feet of Private Miami Water
The 86-foot Azimut is MTWA’s flagship. Salon windows frame the Downtown Miami skyline at scale. The aft deck hosts your group with room that sport yachts cannot provide. Captain, hostess, fuel, refreshments, and the full toy package are in the flat rate starting at $5,199 for four hours.
Jet ski, Seabob, paddleboard, snorkel gear, and tubing deploy when bay conditions allow. No per-person fees. No hidden fuel charges. Marina meet-up details arrive after you book.

What a Day on the 86 Azimut Actually Feels Like
Your confirmation email carries marina meet-up time and captain contact. The hostess meets you at the gangway with cold refreshments. The salon windows already frame the view before you cast off.
Eighty-six feet clears Government Cut with room the sport fleet cannot match. The aft deck hosts your group at scale — room to gather, room to spread out, room to watch Star Island through salon glass. At anchor over the sandbar, the toy package deploys in sequence: Seabob first, jet ski second, paddleboards and snorkel gear at the group’s pace.
The Bimini escape changes the scale entirely. A three-hour Gulf Stream crossing separates Miami from water that has no parallel on the Atlantic coast. Overnight stay. Two full days. The 86 Azimut is the only MTWA vessel built for that passage.
Bimini, Bahamas: Approximately 50 nautical miles east of Miami, the Bimini chain sits at the edge of the Gulf Stream and offers water clarity that Biscayne National Park cannot match. The crossing from Miami is approximately three hours in favorable sea conditions. MTWA operates with a weather-first departure protocol on all offshore passages. All Bahamian customs and entry requirements are coordinated prior to departure.
Eighty-Six Feet. Your Group Only.
Four hours. Six hours. A full Biscayne Bay day. Or the Gulf Stream crossing to Bimini with an overnight stay. The 86 Azimut is reserved exclusively for your group from the moment the lines drop.

Everything You Need Before Departure
Marina Meet-Up
Your confirmation email includes the marina meet-up location, arrival time, and captain contact once your charter is reserved. Arrive at least ten minutes early with photo ID.
Arrival Time
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals reduce your charter time. Your captain and hostess depart on schedule.
What to Bring
Pack towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, photo ID, and your booking confirmation. Refreshments are already included. Additional food and beverages welcome in soft-sided coolers. No rolling ice chests.
Alcohol Policy
Guests 21 and older may bring additional alcohol with valid ID. On-board refreshments are included in your charter. Soft-sided coolers only.
Water Toy Deployment
All water toys deploy when sea and weather conditions allow. Your captain makes the safety call on deployment at each anchor stop. Bimini passages are subject to Gulf Stream sea state assessments.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included for the captain or hostess. MTWA suggests a minimum of $50 per hour in cash for the captain, and similar discretion for the hostess. Cash is preferred for both.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted via email to Miamiwateradventures@outlook.com and confirmed in writing. Verbal or social-media requests do not qualify. See the full refund schedule.
Bimini Escape & Custom Planning
The Bimini escape requires advance planning for weather windows, Bahamian customs, and itinerary coordination. Contact the MTWA team via the contact page well in advance of your desired travel window.
Offshore-Grade Safety. The Same Standard on Every Departure.
The 86 Azimut is the only MTWA vessel rated for a Gulf Stream crossing. That offshore capability demands a safety standard that exceeds bay-charter minimums on every single departure.
-
USCG Master Merchant Mariner Credential
Every MTWA captain holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master Merchant Mariner credential. The 86 Azimut captain is specifically qualified for offshore passages including the Gulf Stream crossing to Bimini. Credentials are verified through the USCG National Maritime Center.
-
Weather-First Offshore Protocol
Your captain makes the final go/no-go call on every departure and every offshore passage based on live sea state, Gulf Stream conditions, wind, and forecast data. No Bimini departure is made without a green-light from the captain on sea state. Safety is never negotiated for schedule.
-
Life Jackets & Guest Safety Protocols
USCG-approved life jackets are carried for all guests and required for children under 12 on upper decks while underway. Children under 30 lbs require a parent-supplied fitted jacket. Standards maintained per Florida FWC guidelines and USCG offshore requirements.

86 Azimut Luxury Yacht — Charter FAQ
What is included in the 86 Azimut charter rate?
Every 86 Azimut charter includes your USCG-licensed captain, a dedicated hostess, all fuel for your booked hours, on-board refreshments, and the full water toy package: jet ski, Seabob, paddleboard, snorkel gear, and tubing. Toys deploy when sea conditions allow. Gratuity is not included for either the captain or the hostess.
How many guests can the 86 Azimut accommodate?
The 86 Azimut accommodates up to 12 guests. The guest count shown in your booking summary at checkout is the governing limit. At 86 feet, this is the largest vessel in the MTWA fleet, offering the most deck space and salon volume per guest of any charter option available.
Can we sail to Bimini, Bahamas on the 86 Azimut?
Yes. The Escape to Bimini, Bahamas package is a two-day, overnight adventure on the 86 Azimut, priced at $12,500 flat (deposit $3,000). The Gulf Stream crossing is approximately three hours in favorable conditions. All Bahamian customs and entry requirements are coordinated prior to departure. A weather-first departure protocol applies on all offshore passages. Contact the MTWA team at the contact page to plan your Bimini itinerary.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for the 86 Azimut?
Deposit amounts: 4 hours ($2,500), 6 hours ($3,000), full day ($4,000), Bimini escape ($3,000). Refund schedule: 100% if cancelled 7+ days before departure; 75% at 5 days; 50% at 72 hours; 25% at 48 hours; no refund within 24 hours. All cancellations must be submitted via email to Miamiwateradventures@outlook.com and confirmed in writing. Full terms at Terms & Billing Conditions.
How does the 86 Azimut differ from the 62 Azimut?
Both vessels include a captain, hostess, and the full water toy package. The 86 Azimut is 24 feet longer, providing significantly more deck space, salon volume, and outdoor entertaining area for your group. The 86 is also the only MTWA vessel rated for the offshore Gulf Stream crossing to Bimini. If maximum space and the Bimini option matter to your group, the 86 is the correct choice. If the service standard is the priority and you want a lower rate, the 62 Azimut delivers the same captain and hostess model at $3,499 for four hours.
Where is the marina meet-up for the 86 Azimut?
Marina meet-up location, arrival time, and captain contact are emailed in your booking confirmation after you reserve through Peek. Arrive at least ten minutes before departure with photo ID and the card used to book. Questions before you pay? Use our contact page.
How does gratuity work on the 86 Azimut?
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion and is never included in the charter rate. MTWA suggests a minimum of $50 per booked hour in cash for your captain, given directly to them. For the hostess, similar discretion is appropriate based on the quality of service you receive. Cash is preferred for both.
