Choosing Your Trip

The right trip depends on your group’s goals: action or sightseeing.

Which trip should I choose?

For action, book the jet ski tour ($210 per jet ski, 1 hour) or the private snorkel charter (from $80 per person, 2 hours). For sightseeing, book the private boat tour ($240 per hour, 2-hour minimum, up to 11 guests) or a yacht (from $999, up to 12 guests).

Are tours shared?

Boat tours, yacht charters and snorkel trips are private: your group is the only group aboard, with a USCG-licensed captain. Jet ski tours are shared with other guests; private jet ski tours are available with a minimum of 4 jet skis.

What you need to book and pay.

Payment

ID Verification

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the credit card used to book; we check it at check-in.

On-Board Payment Standards

Gratuity is not included. MTWA suggests a gratuity of 15–22% of the charter price, based on service, paid directly to your crew by card on file, cash, or any payment app.

What does the price include?

Boat and yacht rates cover the vessel for your group, your USCG-licensed captain and fuel. Each trip page lists what else is included (such as ice and water). Gratuity is not included, and your full total shows before you pay.

Cancellations

How do I cancel?

Reserve with a partial payment; the balance is due closer to your date. Cancel in writing 7 or more days before departure for a full refund, or between 72 hours and 7 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, though we may allow a one-time reschedule. Full details: Terms, Billing & Cancellation Policies.

Submission Requirements for Refunds

Send cancellations by email to info@miamitoursandwateradventures.com. They are valid once we confirm them in writing.

Weather

What happens if the weather is bad?

Only MTWA or your captain makes the weather call. If we cancel before departure for safety, you get a full refund or a new date. If weather interrupts your trip after departure, a pro-rated credit or voucher (valid 15 months) may be issued.
