2. Professional Maritime Standards

Safety is our primary directive on every departure. Every experience — from private boat tours to jet ski adventures — is governed by Florida and Federal maritime law, and all operational conditions are detailed in our Terms, Billing & Cancellation Policies.

• Licensed Professionals: All vessels are operated by USCG-licensed captains on every departure.
• Florida FWC Compliance: We maintain an active Livery Operator Permit from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and adhere to Florida Statute 327.54.
• Florida Boating Safety Act: In compliance with SB 606, we mandate pre-ride safety instruction on all motorized water sport experiences.
• Weather Policy: Only MTWA or your captain makes the weather call. If we cancel before departure for safety, you get a full refund or a new date. • Private Charters: Every boat and yacht charter is private; your group has sole use of the vessel. Jet ski tours are shared with other guests; private jet ski tours are available with a minimum of 4 jet skis.
