The 40 Sea Ray is a private 40-foot sport yacht on Biscayne Bay. One booking covers up to 10 guests, from $999 for the yacht, not per person. Your USCG-licensed captain, fuel, ice, forward sunpad, stern swim platform, and climate-controlled salon are all included.

Groups of up to 10 who want a salon, a sunpad, and a wide swim platform at our sport-entry rate. Families and celebrations get the whole yacht for the day. Bigger group? The 46 Flybridge and 48 Sundancer take up to 12.
- Sport-entry rate: The lowest private-yacht rate in our sport fleet. Up to 10 guests from $999 for the yacht.
- Sunpad and swim platform: A forward sunpad for the ride out, plus a wide stern swim platform for water time.
- Salon when the heat builds: A climate-controlled salon with a head. Slip below to cool off without ending the charter.

What does a 40 Sea Ray charter feel like?
You step aboard as the only group on a yacht built for bay time and swim stops. Government Cut and Star Island join the route when wind, traffic, and USCG zones allow.
Soak up the sun on the bow sunpad, then duck into the air-conditioned salon when the midday heat builds. Your captain shapes the hours around the light, the chop, and what your group wants to see. Ice is already on board, so just bring your favorite food and drinks.

What’s Included
What’s included in your 40 Sea Ray charter?
Everything you need for an easy day on the bay comes with the yacht. When sea conditions allow, the floating island comes out too. Gratuity is not included.
- Private yacht: Your group boards alone, with no other party on the rail.
- USCG-licensed captain: A USCG-licensed captain is at the helm for your whole charter.
- Fuel included: Fuel for your booked hours is in the rate. No dockside fuel surcharge.
- Sunpad and swim platform: A forward sunpad plus a wide stern swim platform, yours for the full charter.
- Salon, head, wet bar: A climate-controlled salon with a head, entertainment system, and wet bar. Ice is stocked.
- Floating island: Deploys when sea conditions allow.

One price for the whole yacht, not per person, for up to 10 guests. Your USCG-licensed captain and fuel are included.
- 2 Hours $999 for the private yacht
- Most popular 4 Hours $1,499 for the private yacht
- 6 Hours $1,799 for the private yacht
- Full Day (8 Hours) $2,199 for the private yacht
To reserve your desired date and time, book now with a partial payment. The balance is due as your sailing date gets closer. Cancel in writing 7 or more days before departure for a full refund, or between 72 hours and 7 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, though we may allow a one-time reschedule. Your full total, including any promo code, is shown at checkout. Gratuity is not included. We suggest 15–22% of the charter price for your captain, based on service, paid directly to your captain by card on file, cash, or any payment app.
Where We Meet
Where do we meet for the 40 Sea Ray?
We operate exclusively from licensed commercial marinas, including Miami Beach Marina, Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, and Rickenbacker Marina. Your exact marina, arrival time, and captain contact are emailed in your booking confirmation. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure so you have time to settle in, use the restroom, or grab anything you need from a nearby store. Bring photo ID and the card used to book. Running late? Call or text us at (305) 772-9942 so we can stay in touch.
What to bring
Photo ID, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, and a soft-sided cooler with your food and drinks. Guests 21 and older may bring alcohol with valid photo ID. Please leave hard rolling ice chests on shore.

How many guests can we bring on the 40 Sea Ray?
The 40 Sea Ray accommodates up to 10 guests. Reserve for your full party within that limit. If your group is larger, compare the 46 Flybridge or the 62 Azimut.
What is included in the 40 Sea Ray charter rate?
Every charter rate includes your USCG-licensed captain, all fuel for your booked hours, ice for guest beverages, the forward sunpad, wide stern swim platform, climate-controlled salon with head, entertainment system, and wet bar. The floating island deploys when sea conditions allow. Gratuity is not included.
What does the interior of the 40 Sea Ray look like?
The climate-controlled salon below deck has cream leather seating, a galley, a wet bar, a private head, and an entertainment system. When the midday heat builds on the forward sunpad, your group can retreat to air-conditioned comfort without ending the charter.
Is the optional jet ski always available?
No. The jet ski add-on is date-dependent and appears as a listed option when you book, only if it is available for that charter window. If the add-on does not appear, it is not available for that date. Standalone jet ski tours live on our jet ski page.
