Star Island From the Upper Helm — Your Group Only
The 46 Flybridge gives your group two decks. The main salon and sunpad stay cool below. The flybridge helm sits a full story above the water — unobstructed views over Star Island, Venetian Islands, and the downtown skyline in every direction.

What a Day on the 46 Flybridge Actually Feels Like
Your confirmation email carries marina meet-up time and captain contact. Coolers are iced at boarding. Most guests climb to the flybridge within the first five minutes underway.
From the upper helm, Star Island estates pass at eye level. The Downtown towers rise ahead across open bay. Below, the salon stays climate-controlled and the forward sunpad catches the sun. The group moves between decks as the mood shifts.
At anchor, the swim platform drops to turquoise sandbar water. The float island deploys when conditions allow. Golden hour from the flybridge frames the city skyline in a way that no ground-level vantage point can replicate.
On the water: The flybridge on a 46-foot sport yacht sits approximately 12–14 feet above the waterline. At that elevation, you clear the windshield line of the main salon and gain unobstructed sightlines in every direction. Biscayne National Park waters are 95% open water — that elevation and that expanse together are what make this the most visually distinct charter in the MTWA sport fleet.
Two Decks. One Private Hull. Your Miami Route.
Two hours at sunset. A full Biscayne Bay day. The flybridge handles the panorama while the group decides the pace. Live dates update daily on Peek.

The Credential Behind Every Departure
Felipe built Miami Tours and Water Adventures on a single non-negotiable: every guest boards a vessel captained by someone who is fully credentialed, deeply prepared, and professionally accountable.
-
USCG Master Merchant Mariner Credential
Every MTWA captain holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master Merchant Mariner credential. Credentials are verified through the USCG National Maritime Center — not self-reported by the operator. You can verify independently.
-
Weather-First Operations
Your captain makes the final go/no-go call on every departure based on live sea state, wind, and forecast data. When Atlantic chop rises beyond safe conditions, the route pivots to the protected Intracoastal Waterway. Safety is never negotiated for schedule.
-
Life Jackets & Guest Safety Protocols
USCG-approved life jackets are carried for all guests and required for children under 12 on upper decks while underway. Children under 30 lbs require a parent-supplied fitted jacket. Standards maintained per Florida FWC guidelines.

46 Flybridge Sport Yacht — Charter FAQ
What is a flybridge on a sport yacht?
A flybridge is an open helm deck positioned above the main salon — essentially a second story on the yacht. On the 46-foot Sea Ray it provides elevated, unobstructed 360-degree views: you see the full Miami Beach skyline, Star Island estates, Downtown towers, and the turquoise sweep of Biscayne Bay all at once. It transforms the charter from a typical boat ride into a genuine panorama experience. The flybridge is accessible throughout the charter — most groups spend the majority of their time up top, especially during golden hour.
How many guests can we bring on the 46 Flybridge?
What is included in the 46 Flybridge charter rate?
Every charter rate includes your USCG-licensed captain, all fuel for your booked hours, ice for guest beverages, flybridge upper deck access, forward sunpad, stern swim platform, air-conditioned salon with head, entertainment system, and wet bar. The crew-deployed floating island is included subject to sea conditions. Gratuity is not included.
Where is the marina meet-up for the 46 Flybridge?
Marina meet-up location, arrival time, and captain contact are emailed in your booking confirmation after you reserve through Peek. Arrive at least ten minutes before departure with photo ID and the card used to book. Questions before you pay? Use our contact page.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for the 46 Flybridge?
Deposits vary by charter duration: $399 for 2 hours, $1,000 for 4 hours, $1,200 for 6 hours, $1,500 for the full-day 8-hour charter. Refund schedule: 100% if cancelled 7+ days before departure; 75% at 5 days; 50% at 72 hours; 25% at 48 hours; no refund within 24 hours. All cancellations must be submitted via email to Miamiwateradventures@outlook.com and confirmed in writing. Full terms at Terms & Billing Conditions.
How does gratuity work on a Miami yacht charter?
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion and is never included in the charter rate. Miami Tours and Water Adventures suggests a minimum of $50 per booked hour in cash, given directly to your captain. Cash is preferred; plan accordingly before boarding.
Can we bring food and alcohol on board the 46 Flybridge?
Yes — food and beverages are welcome aboard. Ice is provided on the boat, so pack what you want in soft-sided coolers (no hard rolling ice chests). Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older with valid photo ID available for verification.
How does the 46 Flybridge compare to the 40 Sea Ray and 48 Sundancer?
The 40 Sea Ray is the sport entry — lower profile, lower rate, excellent for groups focused on bay time and swim stops. The 48 Sundancer offers a prominent bow sunpad on the longest sport-cruiser hull in the fleet. The 46 Flybridge is the only vessel with an elevated second-deck helm for panoramic views. If where you look out from matters, the flybridge is the upgrade.
